S.F. DA Gascon Broke Ethics Law, Failed to Disclose Gift of Travel

Local law requires the District Attorney to file a gifts of disclosure form before accepting a trip from outside sources. George Gascon didn't follow the law.
The SF Ethics Commission accepted my complaint filed on Friday, over DA Gascon accepting a gift of airfare to travel to Phoenix in June 2013. He waited ten months to file the disclosure when it should have been filed before he traveled. More info and background at my blog:
