Slick Water Fracking Moratorium In California Now!
A critique of the “Disgusting Draft” Regulations for Hydraulic Fracking in California, reveals (DOGGR) the Division's complete lack of regard for Administrative Procedure and interagency cooperation under California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22 Social Security. It also suggests that DOGGR has falsely presented the nature of the need for “new Regulations” and the application of said regulations to the Public and the State of California.
