Wenn V. Deramas' Sisterakas ranks first in the yearly Metro Manila film festival during its first day with a total of P23.8 million nationwide followed by "Si Agimat, si Enteng at si Ako". In its second day Sisterakas continues to rank first in the list of highest earning film enties of the Metro Manila Film Festival having a gross of P71.2 million.
