One year since the hotel closing, La Playa hotel workers' campaign for rehire is growing ever stronger.
BOYCOTT LA PLAYA CARMEL!
We are protesting La Playa Carmel’s callous refusal to commit to re-offer the hotel jobs to the former workers–over half of whom had worked there more than 20 years. The hotel has rehired only 3 of 113 former workers.
The hotel closed and workers lost their jobs one year ago, November 1, 2011.
