The People’s Nepal tells the story of the Nepalese Revolution in April of 2006 including interviews from diverse perspectives. The movement led to the removal of the monarch and establishment of Nepal as a republic. The little known history and culture of this Himalayan nation are featured along with visuals of the landscape and artwork as well as footage of the confrontations between the citizens and the police.
