I'm glad that this year it will be aimed at the real powers that be instead of disrupting what many Italian -Americans consider to be far more of a Ethnic celebration than a celebration of early imperialism . B of A founder not withstanding most Italian -Americans are working class who's homes are being foreclosed upon, jobs ''downsized ''etc.

Fifty one years ago a bonesman McGeorge Bundy got into the White house and pressured Kennedy into having the colony of West Papua (West New Guinea) become a UN trust to be administrated by Indonesia pending an "act of self-determination" (vote) no later than 1969. . .
But Indonesia in 1967 sold mining rights to America for a mine designed by Bechtel in San Francisco. The Kennedys were dead by 1969 when they needed to remind the UN that West Papua is a UN trust territory irrespective of the Indonesian occupation, and over 400,000 people have been killed to keep the mine open and stop West Papuans reaching the UN. . .
