Santa Cruz County, along with the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk want to ensure ALL of the thousands of local HHS funding administered locally with NO supervision is used, even if that means creating and enabling abuse cause there are not enough conflicts in the system. In Santa Cruz the people in our County who are suppose to help the innocent and Vitim's of abuse, are in fact creating abuse, violating abuse victims civil rights, and destroying families.
