Description
• Join GWLN to celebrate the Leader of Impact Award recipient, Sandhya Puchalapalli, from Kadapa, India. A WLW 2008 alumni, Sandhya's entry about ending female foeticide and infanticide received over 8,000 votes. Hear how Sandhya and her organization, Aarti Home, has been making a difference in the lives of girls and women in India.
• Come greet the WLW Class of 2012 who come from Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Latin America and the U.S. Each participant will present her vision and impact that she and her organization plan to make in the future.
• Celebrate and support the work of our women leaders to improve gender equality and promote the global empowerment of women.
