Courage to Resist is a grass-roots non-profit, autonomous from any political organization, party, or group. Although the efforts of Courage to Resist are primarily focused on supporting public military resisters, the organization also strives to provide political, emotional, and material support to all military objectors critical of our government's current policies of empire. Courage to Resist also serves as an anchor for the international Bradley Manning Support Network, funding and championing the defense of the 24-year-old army private and accused WikiLeaks whistle-blower. We would love your help with sending out our tri-annual newsletter and fund appeal Thursday evening, July 12th.Volunteers will be showered with praise, thanks, pizza and refreshments, while contributing to a meaningful cause. Administrative and fundraising help like this allows us to support our conscientious objectors and whistle-blowers more effectively.

If you're in the Bay Area, please drop by for the evening, or just a few spare minutes!

This is a great way to learn more about our work in support of GI resisters. We can also use help earlier in the day Thursday, or any day that week really.
