A two year old charge of tearing down Christmas lights on Telegraph Ave. is finally come to trial. RunningWolf, a Native American elder and community leader, and currently running for Mayor of Berkeley is being tried in misdemeanor court with the possibility of getting a year in jail for vandalism. The DA who is finally ready after 2 years is going to take this to trial offered a deal on Friday of court probation and an illegal stay away from I guess Telegraph Avenue?. I as a Native America always get a kick out of a illegal european court trying to sight an indigenous person on vandalism especially how they have behaved in my homeland causing environmental catastrophes like Global Warming. The stay always are especially amusing as if we Natives had instilled them, we would not be in this precarious position of Global proportions. I am after 85 arrest since I ran across the country for Mumia Abu Jamal (2001) asking for court support. Aho
