Don't know what happened here. I turned around and this woman was passed out on the ground. Folks quickly rushed her to the back of the lines.

After several movements forward, OPD finally manage to lob tear gas canisters and flash grenades over the shields. Note, this type of activity is expressly prohibited in their crowd control manual.
