1. Do not inconvenience commuters on their way HOME from work, inconvenience then on their way TO work. If everyone is late due to protest, then employers will have a much harder time making everyone stay late. If people are made to be late returning home after work to their families, then they will blame protesters and side with BART.

2. Do not identify yourselves as protesters with T-shirts or signs, that only makes it easier to get arrested and taken out.

3. The way to send BART a message is for people to go down to the platforms, and as trains stop at the downtown SF stations, to continuously board and exit the same car repeatedly, or by moving between cars if necessary, creating the appearance of normal bustling commuters while taking much much longer than they would. Increasing the dwell times only slightly on a few trains at a few stations will throw the whole system off schedule.

4. Lather, rinse, repeat.
