LIFT THE HEART is a community event where people who care about transformation come together to raise funds for Niroga’s programs which directly uplift thousands of people every week in urban schools, juvenile halls, homeless shelters, cancer hospitals and rehab centers.

LIFT THE HEART will feature activities for everyone to enjoy! The vibrant day includes: open space for yoga and meditation; live concert featuring local performers; live visual art; dj’s and dancing; marketplace of beautiful products and nurturing services; and delicious nutritious food.
