Superb Vegan Cuisine by Miyoko Schinner, author Now & Zen Epicure, founder of Now & Zen Restaurant & Wholesale, inventor of the UnTurkey & Hip Whip, and hostess on “Miyoko’s Kitchen,” Web-TV Cooking Film.

Menu: Cinnamon rolls and other Danish; Breakfast "Sausages;" Believable Bacon;
Cardamon Vanilla French Toast; Blintzes with Fresh Fruit in Season & Coconut; Vanilla Crème; Truffled Tofu; Farinata (Ligurian style Frittata); Smoked Paprika; Home Fries; Mango, Avocado, Orange, Red Onion and Escarole Salad; Fruit Salad; Cheese Platter; Fresh Juices; Organic Coffee.
