Morristown, In the Air and Sun - a look at globalization and outsourcing from the viewpoints of US workers who have lost jobs to foreign outsourcing and foreign workers who have been forced to migrate to the US to find jobs. The film shows the same economic forces that have sent jobs from Tennessee to Mexico have also driven Mexicans to the US in search of a decent living for their families. Many issues are raised through interviews with US workers and migrant workers. The film ends on a positive note when workers in Morristown work together to form a union.
