The Hub SoMa, 925 Mission St @ 5th, San Francisco
Hub SoMa is partnering with the Global Cocoa Project to bring to you "Explore The World of Chocolate" benefiting Project Hope and Fairness: a 501(c)(3) organization that assists African cocoa farmers who suffer disproportionately from the inequities in the world cocoa trade.
The evening will showcase leading chocolate companies who are committed to doing business in a fair and responsible way with cocoa farmers across the globe.
Featured chocolatiers include: Alter Eco Fair Trade, Amano, Bonnat, El Ceibo, Equal Exchange, Green & Blacks, Kallari, MOHO, Pacari, Roni Sue, Sweet Earth Organic Chocolate, Taza, Tcho, Valrhona and XOCO!
Guests will also be able to enjoy complimentary wine tasting, food, and a selection tea, coffee and other beverages.
Chocolates will be presented by country of origin, so get ready to go on a discovery trip of the senses, a tasting adventure awaits! Enjoy chocolate from beans originating from 20 degrees N + S of the equator!
