Texas oil companies, like Valero, are spending millions to fund Proposition 23 - a deceptive ballot initiative that would effectively repeal California's landmark 2006 global warming law (AB 32). They'll spend millions more this fall to try and pass it, but if we build enough public support, we can CRUSH prop 23 and show the country and the world that California won't let oil corporations write our laws OR decide our climate future.
