Round Table Discussion on Latino Civic and Political Participation at Fresno City Hall, council chambers, 2600 Fresno Street. This roundtable discussion is an opportunity to present the report “Latino Civic and Political Participation in Fresno and Madera,” a report prepared by the Pan Valley Institute for the project, “Latin American Migrants: Civic and Political Participation in a Binantional Context.” It will also provide the opportunity and space for community activists, elected officials, academics and the general public to address the issue of uneven political representation in the Central Valley, analyze the naturalization trends and voter participation of Central Valley Latino immigrants.
