WHO: Rank and File members of State Unions organizing the Inter Union Organizing Committee at CDPH (Integrated by members of CAPS, SEIU 1000, Local 39 Operating Engineers AFSCME)

WHY: To counter lies about how state workers are the problem, to organize rank and file opposition to concessions, to expose the nature of the attacks on public workers and how corporations and the speculators have destroyed our economy. To coincide with SEIU rally in Sacramento for those who could not get on the bus.
