On June 22nd, the San Jose City Council will be voting on an emergency ordinance regarding medical cannabis.

DID YOU KNOW:

The San Jose City Attorney wants to force collectives to give YOUR private patient records to the police department and other City officials. This is a violation of HIPAA law and YOUR rights.

The San Jose City Attorney wants to force YOU to choose only one collective to be a member of. This violates YOUR right to free association.

The San Jose City Attorney wants to limit patients to TEN collectives in the entire City. This limits your ability to choose the BEST collective for you.

The San Jose City Attorney wants to force collectives to cultivate ALL medicine on-site. This creates a security hazard, AND limits the variety and quality of medicine available to YOU.

The San Jose City Attorney wants to keep YOU away from Schools, Child day care centers, Churches, Community Centers, Recreational Centers, Parks, Trails, Libraries, Substance Abuse Centers, Residences, and other Collectives, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE A MEDICAL CANNABIS PATIENT!
