This is a weird clip of two undercover officers?? who are speaking with teen jargon and refusing to name their agency, saying 'keep guessing, buddy'

If I'm not mistaken the 'blue meanies' who played a large role in the 1969-71 Berkeley anti Vietnam protests, were Alameda county sheriffs.
