San Francisco BOS return from their long vacation only to play their SILLY games of sorts.

Stop Lennar Action Movement decided to welcome the mostly dysfunctional San Francisco Board of Supervisors (BOS) - who have been running their mouths for the longest time ever - doing little of the people work - not at the last session around and not now that they are in town.

Then many of the lazy, inept, mouth spewing, uneducated on issues, corrupt politicians decided to enjoy their long break that most of them do not deserve only to return with a ship on their shoulders. Yesterday, September 15, 2009 - many of the SF BOS - supposedly rejuvenated, from the undeserved long vacation could have put a better performance of sorts. However, that was not to be - pathetic losers.

The San Francisco Arts Commission is a joke and has been a joke for some time now. Folks close to Mr. Dipstick who makes is abode in Room 200 are appointed to this corrupt Commission and these stuck up candidates think it is below their freaking dignity to appear before the Rules Commission for some little questioning about what they have to offer and less what they bring to the table from their connection with San Francisco's so called "elite crowd" that has failed to serve the people of San Francisco.

Then when they "higher then thou" individuals, and I happen to know many of these hags are asked to fill in their forms - those required by law when you sit on these Commission of fake prestige - these wanabees - will look the other way. Some, are bold to say that they do not want to appear before the Rules Committee.

Now, I for one make it a point to attend the Rules Committee. Often time I see mostly unfit folks and many of them do not live in San Francisco - appointed by Mr. Dipstick. The SF Arts Commission is one COMMISSION where Mr. Dipstick has tried to appointed misfits - they may be held in high regard by Ms. Air-Head aka Michela Alioto-Pier and Carmen Chu but what about the common woman and man in San Francisco that knows a lot about Art and the benefits of Art and related issues?

The common citizen or constituent who pays their taxes - does not give a rat ass to these so called "big wigs" that think they are Royalty and are really the scum of the earth.

Now, if Mr. Dipstick wants to screw with them that is on his time and more power to him. But, save the tax payer the pain in the ass to have some proxy jerk of person - defend these folks with excuses that can be saved for Ms. Air-Head, ET, and Mr. Dipstick in private and behind close doors. Enough is enough of this utter nonsense in public wasting air time, people time, and what is more creating very bad blood when some decent adjudication and leadership could prevail at City Hall in San Francisco.

September 15, 2009 for over one hour and a half - there was this back and forth - when the Rules Committee could have adjudicated this matter - outside the SF Board Chambers and saved the hundreds of decent folks, our children who were watching the circus, and our elders the pain of seeing some idiots perform when the City's business should have been conducted. It is not worth wasting precious time of an Art Commission that is not working and what is more inept and corrupt.

Stop Lennar Action Movement (SLAM) is not going away. If we can rally thousands in Sacramento at quick notice - we can do it in San Francisco. I was watching the circus and really did not want to speak up - but I had too on two occasions. The first when the dilly dally was going on about two proposed candidates from the Arts Commissions that were not present and were represented by a fake proxy of sorts.

In future let the candidates be present. I could have said more - but saved some choice statements because of the many children present, that know me and respect me.

United Playaz was in the house. Black and Brown Coalition was in the house. People Organized to Win Employment Rights was in the house. Several Chinese Organizations for Affirmative Action was in the House. Folks from all over the Bay Area part of the Caravan For Justice were watching the circus and were in the House.

Surely, there must be some one astute to take control of the situation - then wasting the people time and more the tax payers money. Some of the SF Supervisors should be ashamed of themselves favoring candidates purporting to act like Royalty. Last time I checked we have no Royalty in San Francisco. And if one take us to the time of Emperor Norton - he was as wacko as they come.

In the Bayview Hunters Point hundreds of our children have been poisoned by Lennar a Rogue Developer. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District has fined Lennar - $515,000 the largest fine ever in the history of the Regulatory Agency.

Lennar has 980 acres of land that this City proposes to give them on Hunters Point Shipyard that is a Superfund Site. Not satisfied with this land - where they want to build over 10,500 homes in the middle of Chernobyl - we now have Lennar backed by some SF Board of Supervisors - wanting to give them acres of land, part of Candlestick Recreation Area that comes under Public Trust Act and the Burton Act.

Of course if you ask many of the dumb, inept, stupid SF BOS they may have heard about the Public Trust Act and the Burton Act - but, do not give a rat ass when it comes to reading the law, the history of the only State Park in San Francisco, and careless contributing to the corruption of Lennar that thinks it can buy folks - left, right, and center.

Remember, Proposition F. Four Supervisors promised to help us the only one that kept his promise was the man that represents District 6. The rest of the SF BOS that promised failed us. Some of them must live with that on their conscience that is if they have one. Some of these jerks supported Proposition G - it is Prop G that is now exercised by Lennar and back by the Pacific Height Mafia. Prop G and its dubious actions will bring the downfall of this City.

Watching yesterday circus was not pleasant and I say that having paid my dues and attended numerous sessions at City Hall. Most of these folks that say they want to represent on Commissions - are not bright, others prefer their EGOS to be massaged. When it comes to the peoples concern - many of these idiots, so called COMMISSIONERS talk the talk - but cannot walk the walk.

You really know that something is wrong when the Chair and some others at the SF Board of Supervisors, refuse to permit the constituents to have their say during Public Comment. Public Comment is the only time some sunshine, exercised rightly and fairly enlightened and inform those that are in the dark.

The SF BOS will entertain themselves by wasting time on nonsense as one sees from some of the nut cases that ramble about Harry Porter and the several heart operations and God know what from the first speaker during Public Comment - who sets a bad tone and trend. That is the type of nonsense that must stop. There is freedom and there is license - the abuse of freedom is license. Nutty speakers that make it a point to waste our time - can be taken by the Chair, the Clerk of the Board, some inept SF BOS behind close doors for some private entertainment. Save the public from the constant barrage and utter nonsense.

Now, when a woman, a mother, a tax payer, some that can articulate comes to the podium and speaks the TRUTH all hell breaks out and Law Enforcement is called to tackle a woman.

President David Chiu is very lucky that I was at hand - and stopped something that could have gone a rye. No one should lay their hands on anyone.

In the most dire situation - you request the person to stop and leave. Then to add to the confusion you had a California Highway Patrol jerk of a officer - trying to intervene when it was none of his business. Let this protocol be investigated and wise minds - learn to give an opportunity to educated people, speaking sense - shine light - where now darkness, prevails.

Sophie Maxwell is a corrupt person and the world knows that. She will shortly be termed out - good riddance of very bad rubbish. I have been saying for the longest time ever - this woman is not fit to represent. Imagine, this woman defending Senate Bill 792 in Sacramento before the Appropriations Committee - defending Mark Leno and the sale of Public Trust Land for money. Failing to have on single PUBLIC MEETING where a meaningful dialog could be held. Imagine trying to sneak some legislation much like AB1127 the old Hunters Point Shipyard Development Authority (HUPSDA) - that I had to go to Sacramento and shoot down.

Lennar has agreed behind close doors to pay $50 million for 22 acres of land. Lennar, the Rogue Developer really wanted 40 acres. It is surprising they did not request for a MULE. Now, think about the 40 acres and Sophie Maxwell - pretending to fight for Restitution,r what was done during Slavery. Sophie Maxwell is a House N***** and the Slave Plantation is alive and well with folks like her - fostering greed, corruption, and not being educated on issues.

Yesterday, you heard the Polynesian Community chide her. You heard others tell her to her face about the promises made and the lack of leadership and concern. In all the years Sophie Maxwell has been in the Bayview Hunters Point from say around 1994 - she has been a SELL OUT.

Yesterday, the SF Board of Supervisors those that were talking, having side-bar conversations, screwing around in Room 250 - left a sour taste in the mouths of thousands. Many of these anointed Supervisors would do well to not represent decent folks in San Francisco.

Our children yesterday saw for themselves the sorry state of affairs. I interviewed many of the children. Our elders can speak for themselves. Many of the Supervisors - especially those that do not have the Raw Sewage Plant in their constituency, the Concrete and Aggregate facilities, the millions of vehicles that spew particulates, a Superfund Sites that is taking forever to clean up, the over 200 tons of Methane Gas spewing from the landfills - one ton of Methane Gas equals twenty two tons of Carbon Dioxide, the over 500 toxic hot spots that the City and County does not want to clean up, and I could give the SF Board of Supervisors a long laundry list - but, I know it would help little for those that cannot comprehend because they lack the ability to understand simple notions, facts of life - let alone facts that need some intelligence to act in the right manner.

The Gang of Four that support the Mayor should be ashamed of themselves. Especially, Air-Head.

The so called Progressives sharpen your moral compass and do not waste the peoples money and time on "fake royalty" and matters that are mundane. San Franciscans are fed up with incompetent, San Francisco Supervisors, that talk the talk but cannot walk the walk.

To the many that came out from the Mission, China Town, the Bayview Hunters Point, all over the Bay Area from as far as Sacramento, Stockton, Tracy, East Palo Alto, Vallejo, Oakland, and the many areas that you know where you came from - I want to thank you all.

You saw how some of the idiots behave when they are given some little power.

Always, remember those that are educated on issues can hold their ground. Those that fine tune can see thorough the empty remarks - such as those made by Air-Head. You can always learn from the clowns - it may be painful but you can take some lesson and turn it around.

I would like to thank the Mothers and the children - you all represented yourselves well. Thanks to the Brothers and those that made a sacrifice to put the San Francisco City Administration on notice. This is an on going battle - there will be many battles before this CORRUPT war is won.
