EPD Harassment Continues

Minutes after midnight, I was awakened by EPD Officer Sanchez at a private residence I have permission to be at, and ticketed for 'camping' (EMC 9302). After having this happen several times (without receiving a ticket of any sort), I asked Officer Sanchez why he was ticketing me. He answered "You wrote a letter calling me a liar. That's why I'm giving you a ticket." This is the second night that I've been awakened by the EPD since being released from jail four days ago. There has already been one Citizen Report submitted to the EPD concerning this on-going harassment (filed on 6/11/2009), and now there will be a second submitted.
