California | Animal Liberation | Police State and PrisonsUniversity of California Police arrest two more animal activists
On April 16, Santa Monica Police and UCLA Police arrested two people Activists Kevin Olliff (22 years of age) and Lindy Greene (61 years of age) were arrested this Thursday morning. They have both been charged with stalking and have bails at or above 450,000. We have very little facts right now, Kevin was taken into custody by UCLA police force and Lindy was taken into custody by Santa Monica police. There may be multiple felony charges for these activists. Kevin currently has a no bail hold due to his parole status.
They will be arranged on Monday April 20th at the downtown courthouse in Los Angeles, located at 210 W. Temple St. Dept. 100, at 8:30am. We will have more information then. We believe that both have adequate food (though this may change or be incorrect), and that they would both enjoy to receive letters. Please write letters to both: Linda Greene, #1300927 Century Regional Detention Facility 11705 S. Alameda Street Lynwood, CA 90262 Kevin Olliff, #1300931 Terminal Annex P.O. From the LA Times (so should be taken with a grain of salt and assumed to be full of sensational lies):
"Linda Faith Greene, 61, and Kevin Richard Olliff, 22, who prosecutors say are part of the radical Animal Liberation Front, pleaded not guilty to the charges after their arrest Thursday. Greene was held on $450,000 bail and Olliff on $460,000 bail. The Los Angeles County grand jury indicted each defendant on three counts of conspiracy to commit stalking, three counts of stalking and two counts of conspiracy to commit the crime of threatening a public officer or school employee." In addition, both each have an odd "criminal street gang" enhancement. |
