Murder Mystery Players, Inc.
Turns a Ladies’ Man into a Dead Man
In Murder by Mischance

San Jose, California: Good looks can result in several girlfriends, even more enemies and a few death threats in Murder Mystery Players new hilarious comedy, Murder by Mischance, playing Sundays 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, 4/5, 4/12 at Scott’s Seafood, located at 185 Park Ave, 6th Floor, in San Jose. This fun-filled, interactive, murder mystery includes dinner as well as the performance. Audience members have a chance to win prizes and guess who did what to whom. Performances are every Sunday at 2 p.m., and tickets are $60.00 per person, tax and gratuity included, parking validated in building.

Phil Rossiter is a very good-looking man. With such good looks, it would be easy to forgive him for his faults. It’s not his fault he’s promising to marry three different women: Ruby June, a minor star of stage and limited screen; Julia Browning, his faithfully nerdy secretary; and Paula Parkinson, just one of his many “serious” girlfriends. It’s also not his fault that business rival Sabastian Rowe is so jealous of Phil’s success, or that Bob Parkinson blames Phil for stealing his wife away from him. And then there’s Kris Keating who sees Phil for who he really is - a liability.

Detective Lansing Hughes discovers beauty and death are more than skin deep when he questions the suspects and tries to figure out who decided Phil had enough attention and needed a little “rest” from his admirers.

Cast members include: Michelle Sutton, Michael Bush, Cherise Mantia, Denita Rosmarin, John Warren, Nancy Hill, and Dana Smith. The production is directed by Billy Ray Eakes. To make reservations for this hilarious evening of murder mystery and audience participation, call Scott’s Seafood at (408) 971-1700. Reservations are required, as seating is limited.

Coming Soon (Opening Dates): 4/19/09 – “Etiquette for a Murder”
