After heavy artillery firing by Israel into Gaza neighborhoods, a massive troop invasion has begun. The ANSWER Coalition is calling on everyone to an emergency protest at Powell and Market Sts. in San Francisco, 5:00 pm.

Volunteer help needed! From 9:00 am to 9:00 pm the ANSWER office will be staffed. If you can come in for anytime to help phonebank, make placards, hand out leaflets, etc., it will be of great assistance.

Come to our office to help with prepartions at 2489 Mission St., Room 24, San Francisco (corner 21st St., 3 blocks from 24 St. BART.) Call 415-821-6545 for more info or to volunteer.

Everyone that believes in International justice should attend the rally tonight. We really need this rally to be huge ! If you have a 'hot date '' postphone it or bring ''em along ! If you have to work call in sick ,say you have stomach flu .( That's always hard is alway hard for a boss to argue against !)
Just be there . I have real differences with A.N.S.W.E.R. They aren't the answer. But i give them credit where it's due for jumpstarting these rallies and marches . SEE EVERYONE TONIGHT !

on cable news, they were showing demos around the country called the sides pro-Israel and 'Pro-Hamas'. The one in Los Angeles had the groups separated by an 8 lane surface street.
