Haight Ashbury Peace Vigil--Friday, December 19, and every third Friday of the Month, until the war in Iraq is over. 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Masonic at Fell, in the Golden Gate Park Panhandle. All you need is the desire that the War in Iraq be over. This is our single issue focus. We will have signs, candles, music, and food. We will be happy to see you for the entire two hours, or even for five minutes. I guarantee that, after your thousandth monthly vigil, the war-makers, or their great-grandchildren, will realize the error of their ways and remove their troops from whatever might be left of Iraq.
