Being one of the early champions of human rights and international criminal justice institutions as well as a country with a deep constitutional tradition of respect for human rights and the rule of law, the US has been reluctant to join some of the most important international human rights treaties and has strongly opposed the International Criminal Court (ICC). Professor Alan Weiner explains the US attitude toward the ICC and what the new administration's approach to the ICC should be at this FREE event.
