I am a 68 year old man whose wife was killed by a foreclosure on our house of 22 years in San Jose. My friends and I need urgent advice on how to conduct a hunger strike in such a way that we are not legally prevented by the police from exercising our first amendment rights.

This is a DEADLY serious effort by middle-class, highly educated people to bring a stop to the madness and victimization of people like us. We are prepared to die, but we need advice on how to protect ourselves so that we are not prematurely muzzled.

We want to start within 48 hours, and need a Civil Rights expert who can guide us so that we achieve maximum "up time" before we are jailed.
