Financial tsunami sweeps LENNAR and destroys any HOPE for recovery - housing crisis.

Some years ago when I said that Lennar would drown in the CESSPOOL of its own making - people where laughing and said that LENNAR was powerful - backed by some powerful people.

Well, in recent days Lennar has hit rock bottom. Their Stock and Shares fluctuating between a high $6 something and a low $5.31. Now, remember - some time ago they did better then that - and two years ago were $60 plus. I have some good news - in two weeks Lennar's Stock will be at less then $4.

Today, not even the filthy Skunk round the corner - does not want to have anything to do with Lennar.

In San Diego the Marriot Hotel pulled out from a large project - over 1900 hotel rooms - because it got wind of the rogue skunk Lennar - it wanted to have nothing to do with this crooked company.

At Mare Island and Vallejo - Lennar has put Mare Island on the Auction Block. Think about that.
Before that Lennar itself after ten years declared bankruptcy - and brought down with it - Vallejo, California.

Around Sacramento - Environmentalists have taken Lennar to court - and totally shut them down.
Project after project - people, good people are UNITING to fight scumbags like Lennar and Mayor Gavin Newsom who has sold his SOUL to the devil - still continues to back Lennar in San Francisco.

In Florida you mention Lennar and better have Security around you - no one trusts - Lennar.

So, recently Lennar defaulted on its original Disposition and Development Agreement - on Parcel A. Then with the help of Michael Cohen ( who seems not to care and take good advice) - Lennar renegotiates - brings in two more entities - changes its name and what is horrendous - amends the Disposition and Development Agreement - to suit its evil needs.

To date we have not seen an Environmental Impact Report linked to the Candlestick Point area. To date we have not seen a Transportation Document. To date we have NOT seen a draft or final Term Sheet.

Lennar continues to promise the community - those devils that listen to Lennar - about a this, that, and the other - none of those benefits will come to fruition.

Notice no much talk about the Tabernacle Group and Community Benefits. No talk about the African Market. No talks about anything that benefits Asians, Latinos, Samoans, Native Americans, decent Blacks and Whites - others.

All the deals are made with some corrupt Blacks - the likes of Aurelious Walker.

Even the drab, illegal Proposition G - vague statements seem to be too much for Lennar. They say they want more. Lennar now wants to build 10,500 homes on a Superfund Site - other toxic dumps - that are prone to liquefaction.

Siding with Lennar the Labor Council and Tim Paulson, the San Francisco Organizing Project that is in shambles and has no sound organization and leadership and for sure does not represent the Bayview Hunters Point.

ACORN that recently is under investigation and has brought shame on to itself linked to dubious dealings - before, during, and after the recent Elections.

The President of the NAACP in the Western Addition - Amos Brown who does not represent the Bayview Hunters Point. Other sell outs that went before the Land Use Committee - hastily convened to do the devil's work - recently linked to the Conceptual Plan that is going no where.

All the fake Tax Increment and Melo Roos models - will NOT work this time around. The Nation is a financial crises - no Insurance Company - will back anyone that want to build homes in the middle of Chernobyl..

Well, we all know what is happening to our current Economic Situation. You all know some about Goldman Sachs, Leahman Brother, AIG, - the other unregulated scumbags. All of them are connected with Lennar - in some way or another.

So is Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae - that have long since worked with the worst of the worst - scumbags and the Pacific Heights Mafia - that hail from San Francisco's - Pacific Heights.

One year ago I predicted that Lennar would drown in the cesspool of its own making. You have to follow the money. But, more you have to read the progress reports - linked to Lennar Financial Status. The many Term Sheets, the fake Disposition and Development Agreement. The lying lawyers that Lennar pays to do the devil's work.

Lennar has done all it can. It has sold the so-called surplus assets, it owns - three times over - to three separate entities - much like the "thugs" that came up with the Sub-Prime Loan - model.

These jerks have "no moral compass" - they have no decency - they are scumbags that Lucifer - would shun - but they are in bed with San Francisco's so called morally bankrupt - leaders.

No good will come at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Two days ago there was a reading of over 35,000 structures per cubic meter - we are talking Asbestos Structures. This is just two days ago - no Notice of Violation was issued to Lennar.

Lennar is a Rogue Company with a Rap Sheet so long that no one want to glance at it. As I said the stench that Lennar has generated - has reached the far corners of the world.

Here, at home Lennar is backed by Kofi Bonner who seems not to care what I am saying. You will go to jail - big time - if you do not do right and do right by our children - that you company has bombarded with toxic elements - with intent.

For the longest time ever I have been saying - no one can harm our children and Elders and think they can - run away from the situation. Lennar with intent bombarded and continues to adversely affect - our children and Elders.

The San Francisco Health Department and one Dr. Rajiv Bhatia and Mayor Gavin Newsom - continue NOT to work for our adversely impacted children. They have blood on their hands.

The majority of the SF Board of Supervisors sided with Lennar - time will tell.

Recently, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District fined Lennar over $515,000. The fine for over 380 Notices of Violation - at one time was totaled at $38 million - yes thirty eight million. But, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District - chose to fine the Rogue Company a measly - $515,000. This is plain - wrong.

Lennar is suffering and has brought this disgrace on itself - because with INTENT it has chosen to pollute, to build inferior homes, deceiving people that it has the ability of build good homes - but delivers just the opposite. In short Lennar is a chronic - LIAR.

Lennar has intimidated innocent people, taken innocent people to court, ruined lives. We all know this. That is the reason why - we proclaim - Lennar get out of the Bayview Hunters Point and Candlestick Point - now.

Cut off your losses and split. And when you split do not come - anywhere near us.

Let me state this very clearly - those so called San Francisco leaders. The pimp mostly Black pastors, the mostly other Black sellouts- you all will suffer the same fate. You cannot expect to make a pact with the devil - and pretend to serve the community.

Sophina Maxwell, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Aurelious Walker, Gary Banks, Keith Jackson, Angelo King, Calvin Jones - others all dubious in nature - you better repent now - and change your ways. You all do not know what is going to befall you - if you have taken money - return it.

The blood of our innocent children and our Elders is upon you - do not think for a single second that I am fooling you - all. This is the time to repent - you all have sold out the community for some - little mildewed bread crumbs. I am watching you all - and have a long rap sheet on each of you - scumbags.

A tsunami has swept Lennar and it will never, ever recover. Lennar is drowning in the cesspool of it own making.
