Listening to the Messages of Emotion - We will call on the mindful and compassionate approach of NVC to make sense of the biology, purpose, triggers/fuel, and our underlying needs and values.

With NVC our reactions shift to responses, and we gain more clarity about ourselves and others in emotional situations. Experienced or newbie NVC students all welcome. Online registration available.

This workshop is lead by NVC Santa Cruz trainer Jean Morrison, certified with the Center for Nonviolent Communication since 1989.
