Why bother crashing just the REPUBLICAN party when the DEMOCRATS are just as bad. Why can't people WAKE UP and see the game they are playing? They ALL are working for BIG CORPORATIONS and THE WORLD BANK! The proof is there, you just have to look for it. The DEMS that get elected WILL NEVER stop this war! They had their chance and they failed because they don't work for THE PEOPLE! The Council on Foreign Relations agenda is not in the best interest of AMERICA and The People!

There is only ONE candidate from all the CRAP we have to choose that is WILLING to take on the CORRUPTION and make a REAL CHANGE by turning the ESTABLISHMENT on its head! He is RON PAUL! He is willing to take a bullet for this country. He is willing to go the distance for The People and he has a record for being FOR THE PEOPLE!

Please stop wasting your energy fighting the carefully crafted DIVERSION we have in the two party system of LIES and CORRUPTION. SEEK OUT TRUTH! We need to get rid of The ILLEGAL FEDERAL RESERVE BANKING SYSTEM and REPEAL THE FEDERAL RESERVE ACT! We need to take back our CONGRESS NOW and protect our CONSTITUTION from further erosion BEFORE it is too late! Stopping them from taking income tax will SLOW THEM DOWN but will NOT STOP THEM!! We need to take our Country back from those who have destroyed it NOW!

I beg you, for the sake of humanity, get the rest of the DELEGATES to VOTE FOR RON PAUL! BECOME DELEGATES especially if you can do it quickly! Please help the people of this country before it is too late.

Research the ILLEGAL FEDERAL RESERVE, the ILLEGAL INCOME TAX, learn how those who commited of WAR CRIMES and CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY in The Nuremberg Trials, are actually in control of our FOOD and DRUG TRADE! Learn how all these Commissions, Organizations and Associations are KILLING US! Learn how our FOREIGN POLICY funds tyrants to KILL mass amounts of people!

Get smart and help save America and give HOPE to the WORLD!

In sincere hopes that this finds those who will take action against the REAL ENEMY TERRORISTS of this Nation and the world.

Please, start educating yourself on the TRUTH

in response to the last comment, i very much agree. however, i would like to point out that there are many organizations that ARE indeed planning protests at both Republican and Democratic conventions (namely UnConventional Action and ReCreate '68, among others). furthermore, if one looks at the RNC Welcoming Committee website (the group coordinating some of the Minnesota protests) one would see that in their statements they make it very clear that they are in no way more opposed to the Republicans than the Democrats. However, since they are based in Minnesota where the RNC will be, its only logical that they work on protesting their.
Right on, though, with the comment. I think getting past the illusion of electoral politics is a massive, but crucial step towards real liberation and democracy.

in solidarity

Is the RNC protest in Minnestota strictly anarchist or being organized through anarchist groups? The flyer for the Long Haul event has an anarchy circle A symbol on it, and the website says that the organizing committe is anarchist. I do not have a problem with anarchists partcipating in protests, I do however have a problem with them taking over the organizing and facilitation of a whole demonstration, like the one against the entire RNC in 2008(or any group for that matter). When one group takes entire control of an entire movement, others who wish to participate have become marginalized. This is a true threat to democracy.

In answer to the person wanting to know if the protests against the RNC all anarchist, The answer is no, because in the broadest sense, no oen owns a protest. By this being a public event, anybody who wants can and should protest the two-party oligarchy of this country, and the wars, environmental destruction, repression, exploitation etc etc. it creates. Nobody owns a protest, and therefore nobody can exclude you.

And no in the narrow sense, in St. Paul there will be many activities. There will be a broad-based anti-war march. There will be all kinds of protest activities and other actions. There will be direct actions to hopefully shut-down the convention. All are invited to participate. Form our own groups and figure otu what you want to do as well.

However [and that is not the right word because there is no contradiction between what i am about to write and the earlier paragraphs] the group organizing the speaking engagement at the Long Haul, the RNC Welcoming Committee, is explicitly made up of anarchists and anti-authoritarians. They have been one fo the main groups organizing therese activities. They have a specifically anaarchist "mission statement". They especially welcome anarchists and other anti-authoritarians to come to St. Paul. One reason this is necessary is because many anarchists have been turned off by protest as usual. Howerver, anybody who wants to stop the duopoly and create a better world is welcome.

Note the above is solely my own opinion.
