Planners set hearings on demolition projects

The San Anselmo Planning Commission has scheduled hearings this week on home-remodeling projects at 48 Raymond Ave. and 194 Scenic Ave.

The Raymond Avenue plan calls for demolishing a single-family residence and building a 5,537-square-foot home on the site.

The Scenic Avenue project calls for the demolition of a 1,490-square-foot residence and the construction of a 3,739-square-foot two-story home with a 499-square-foot garage and 1,752 square feet of decks and terraces.

The hearings are set for at the Ross Valley School District http://www.rossvalleyschools.org/ headquarters at 110 Shaw Drive in San Anselmo. For more information, call 258-4600.
