Hear music and Health Care talk from the 2007 Dyke March rally at Mission Dolores Park preceding the march Saturday June 23, 2007, part of the annual Pride Weekend. "Health Care For All" was the theme of this year's march. Deficiencies in the U.S. Health Care System were articulated, along with particular needs of Dykes. Creative singer-songwriter music filled the event. In the first MP3, hear short sets from 3 excellent singer-songwriters: Lady Ryan; Kaylah Marin; and activist singer/new San Franciscan Kleomi (phonetic spelling only, sorry), who is just back from collaborating with Cuban hip hop musicians.
