Berkeley Gray Panthers Convener Margot Smith, recently returned from Iran, and
Elizabeth Boardman, of the Don’t Attack Iran Coalition, discuss the US preparations
for war with Iran, Iran’s significance to the US, and how the build-up is perceived by
Iranians. There will be extensive time for discussion.

Margot Smith has just returned from two weeks in Iran, on a trip sponsored by the
Fellowship of Reconciliation. Elizabeth Boardman is the author of “Taking a Stand:
A Guide to Peace Teams and Accompaniment Projects” and traveled to Iraq in 2002.
Margot Smith will also show a video she made while in Iran.
