The Restoration Advisory Board (RAB), the Citizens Advisory Committee(CAC) to the Shipyard

Most of us know that 33,200 signatures were collected from all San Franciscans to stop San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and the Project Area in the Bayview Hunters Point.

About forty percent of these signatures came from the Bayview Hunters Point constituents.

Most of us know about the Restoration Advisory Board but only a few of us understand the importance of this body.

This body works closely with the Navy and has access to all the documents and deliberations linked to the clean up of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. They are the community's watch dog.

The RAB meets one a month and the RAB members are there to represent the community and see to the better interest of the community.

When Parcel A was transferred or conveyed to the City and County of San Francisco - the RAB did not approve the transfer. Most people do not know this.

The Navy is still in charge of the rest of the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard - Parcels B, C, D, E, and F which is the Bay. Most of the parcel and the Bay very polluted. It will take $5 billion to do a good abatement or clean up of the entire Shipyard.

The Citizens Advisory Committee to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard are appointed by the Mayor of San Francisco. The very first CAC was dismissed by Mayor Willie L Brown Jr. a very corrupt Mayor who still plays his hands behind the scene linked to the Shipyard.

Willie then chose to appoint his own hand picked Citizens most of them cronies.

These cronies approved the conveyance of Parcel A. These cronies also failed to understand Proposition P that mandated most of the Shipyard be cleaned or abated to residential standards.

There are very serious radiological and liquefaction issues all over the Shipyard not addressed at all.

The Muwekma Ohlone the First People of San Francisco exercised their Right of First Refusal on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in the early 1990s. This issue has not been discussed at all.

Complicating matters the Project Area Committee - another body that works hand in hand with the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) when any area is first declared a Survey Area, then a Project Area ready for development.

The Project Area cannot be developed until the issue of the 33,200 signatures is adjudicated.
Kudos to the may San Franciscans that signed the petition.

Much as they are signing the petition to recall Jake McGoldrick. Sophie Maxwell is next. Tell her that for me. The corrupt vixen must go.

The SFRA works with Lennar and the City to push a hidden agenda.

Dust abatement - some of it very serious has led to a number of Court Cases. Lennar is responsible for this nonsense. Adversely impacting thousands with Cumulative Pollution.

In the last two years the Bayview Hunters Point Survey Area was expanded to include the Shipyard and thousands of acres in the Bayview Hunters Point - without due process.

The PAC is an illegal body. The first two years it had proper elections with sound members. After that it failed to have proper elections and as a result - its motives and deliberations have been dubious in nature.

No where else in San Francisco would such a body be respected. Most everyone on this body is on the take.

At one time Sophie Maxwell the present District 10 Supervisor served on the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee. She understands the role of a crook and continues to be on the take and participate as a crook.

In recent months there has been activity to stack the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) in preparation of an Early Transfer. Many know the RAB did not approve the conveyance or transfer of Parcel A.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and his crones want an Early Transfer of the entire Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. Behind the scenes are Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi, Richard Blum, and some other powerful forces.

These forces are using Land Banking to make a fast buck. They are not for the people especially the poor people.

The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Hunters Point Naval Shipyard takes its orders from Mayor Gavin Newsom and his cronies. Those that do the bidding of the Mayor are paid.

Some like Arc Ecology with conflict of interest issues defy the law and are making hay while the sun shines. It has received millions in grants and is not serving the people. Saul Bloom is the director of Arc Ecology.

It is fun to see these sell outs come at the meetings and pretend that they know what they are talking about. Backing one another to get money under the table.

They have NO clue about the Housing Element, have never ever read a Transportation Document, have no clue about liquefaction, have read some about Climate Change and Global Warming - but have no idea what damage will be caused to the Coastal Areas of which all the proposed development will take place.

The RAB fully understand about Parcel E.

Right now there is a raging fire that is burning under ground. What makes this site dangerous is that most of the elements linked to the fire in not only dangerous Methane Gas but factors closely linked with Radiological Elements.

Now why would any one want to build a Stadium in the middle of Chernobyl?

We have seen no Environmental Impact Study linked to Parcel E and the proposed stadium.

We have seen no Environmental Impact Report linked to the proposed shopping mall, other buildings - where now sits Double Rock Housing Project aka Alice Griffith Housing Project.

The RAB that knows a lot about Cumulative Pollution is kept out on Saturday at the meeting called hastily to make some moves that will come to haunt Lennar BVHP LLC and more Mayor Gavin Newsom.

The CAC to Parcel A and the PAC are meeting - this is a joint meeting of the crooks.

The crooks are working against the people. Readers and experts that visit IndyMedia have a golden opportunity to see the crooks in action.

These crooks want all of Alice Griffith residents that live in Public Housing out. They say they will accommodate those that are poor and live in Public Housing - but the reality of the fact is that will not.

SFRA under Marcia Rosen who is very corrupt has adversely impacted thousands of poor. Racism is alive and well in San Francisco and the main culprit is SFRA.

Eminent Domain is a tool that SFRA uses and it has used it again and again in San Francisco.

Another tool is Tax Increment. The worse tool is discrimination. This is like a Slave Plantation in San Francisco. Come check it out.

The Bayview Hunters Point is the last frontier.

The people have NOT been consulted. There are thousands of Samoans, Latinos, Whites, African Americans, others that do not know about the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB), the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to Parcel A, the Project Area Committee (PAC) that is on the take and works with the SFRA.

Lennar BVHP LLC has a very bad track record - building home on toxic hot spots all over this Nation. Right now it Stocks and Shares are down over seventy five percent.

We have a Mayor that is a sell out and out for the money. We have his cronies most of them make big bucks. They are out to drive poor people - people that live pay check to pay check.

Who will fight for these poor people. Most of them are decent - but many of them are poor.
