Free's sentence thrown out, but right-wing and landlord arsonists never sentenced at all

by WSQT Guerrilla Radio 87.9 FM in DC (WSQTradio [at] hushmail.com)
Free's unjust 23 year sentence has finally been thrown out. Only thing is, he has already served more time than rapists would serve if convicted in the same court.

In this DC pirate radio broadcast, we contrast Free's sentence of 23 years with five years for abortion clinic bombers-and NO years for an arsonist landlord who burned a progressive cafe, and NO years for the right-wing nuts(Freepers/Protest Warriors suspected) who burned the White House antinuclear vigil's tent in 2004. That tent was called "not a structure," with the result that the fire dept said it was a "set fire but not arson." Guess what-SUV's are not structures either! Anyway, in that case tehy refused to look at video form all those surveillance cameras that watch White House protestors. had that tent been an SUV, the arsoninst would have gotten ten years or more...

Seems the US government and its subsidiariy jurisdictions are damned selective about who they prosecute for sedtting a fire!
