Perhaps a part to the answer to this question is when we stop asking the US govenment to sign things like a Human Rights decleration. Even if it was signed, I hardly think that would mean that it would stop doing what the elites do, oppress people.
Want to see people rise up? Stop asking the government for things, and start thinking about how we can get rid of the forces that destroy our lives, as well as creating alternatives to them. I think there's alot more things we can do to put our dreams into practice then marching in the rain hoping that the rich will listen, and take pity on us.
