As federal police moved in to occupy Oaxaca City, a nationwide day of protest at Mexican consulates was called to protest the killings and arrests. Protesters gathered at the consulate in San Francisco starting at 7 a.m., and will return today at 4 p.m. for a vigil and again tomorrow morning at 7 a.m. A reading in Spanish and English of the 9 points of action by APPO, 28 October 2006.
