How did things go today?

Gabriel Meyers was again told he will have to wait for a judge to rule on the motion to dismiss the felony charge of attempted lynching of himself. The motion to dismiss is now set for Monday, October 23rd at 9AM in Department 23 of SF superior courthouse on 850 Bryant street. If the Judge does not throw out the felony charge, Gabe is to have a trial setting on Friday 12/8 at 9AM in Dept. 22. Please show up for Gabe's apparance next Monday; last time only one person attended. It is very frightening to go through an experience like Gabe's all alone with very little support and it gives the government the ability to continue their scapegoating and bullying of him. It is ONLY when we stand together in unity, solidarity, and support, that these abuses stop within our society.
