Mini -Bolivian film festival!
Come to a fundraiser for the documentary, Daughters of Bartolina Sisa, about women in social movements.
Shorts, one featuring Leonida Zurita, cocalera activist, on the campaign trail before the election of Evo Morales. The other, women of the mines, featuring Domitila Barrios de Chungara.
Fusil Metralla!! El Pueblo No Se Calla!!, a video about the 2003 uprising, will also be shown. Funds will be used for post-production costs to finish the film.

Drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and Bolivian music!
Suggested donation: $5-$10.00.
