The federal court in San Francisco barred the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), its representatives and its technical experts from discussing or disseminating these documents, but did not include whistleblower Mark Klein or the press in the gag order. The affidavit and other documents were first published online late last night (Pacific time). Wednesday, May 24th will be a "Day of Outrage Against the NSA, AT&T, Verizon" in San Francisco, 12 noon at AT&T Park (bring a baseball glove and signs) and 4-6 p.m. at 666 Folsom (AT&T "spyquarters" between 2nd & 3rd). http://www.media-alliance.org/article.php?story=20060518163441518
Meanwhile, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales claimed yesterday that he believes journalists can be prosecuted for publishing classified information, citing "national security."
