We interviewed several people at the Clear Channel protest in SF, but, this man from was most profound in his indignation of the way Clear Channel effected his home town by turning all the stations into piped music from out of state. "Nobody There" is how he describes it. No human in any of the stations to answer the phone and broadcast an emergency message when such existed. This raises some questions about the media's responsibilities to the public. Should people expect truth and accuracy from the media, or is this an old concept that no longer applies to the new corporate model the FCC contemplates giving us?
