Police State and Prisons7th and Mission
People supporting Black Block tactics, as well as journalists marched down market, and then down 7th onto Mission. Where we were brutalized and arrested.  im000364.jpg 364:

He gloats about it. 379: After the police squeezed us violently with their blockade, they began beating people, after I had raised my hands and told the man to not do it. Here I am lying on my back after he hit me, which in a few seconds 4 or 5 people fall on top of me. 383: Police beating a woman. 387: Solidarity in brutal police blockade. 395&7: The pens they put us in.

 im000374.jpg The cops ambushed us from sixth street, they came running around the corner, hitting people yelling,"Run the other way!" We were carouled like sheep as they beat those who tried to get through their nazi line. Here we are running the other way.

At this point the cops have beat a ton of people for no reason. Remember, there was no order to disperse, even at this point. They broke the Block into three or four segments.
