Another Rogue State Rejects Weapons Inspections
11/15: This past Veteran's Day, upwards of 200 activists formed citizen weapons inspection teams and delivered a notice of intent to inspect Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, a facility involved in the design, development and testing of nuclear weapons. A spokesman for the Lab did not respond to the group’s request for inspection, but told the corporate media, “We just don’t let people into special areas with nuclear materials.” After delivering the letter, the crowd, singing “We shall overcome”, pledged to continue returning to the Lab, until teams of international and civilian weapons inspectors are admitted.Photos | Corporate media article
