text Tree Killer Dies, World Rid of Judge Miller - by reposted from corporate media scum
The Queen of Death, Judge Babs Miller is dead. Time will only tell if Bay Area trees are still killed en-mass for sport. The Judge who gave the clearance to destroy the Memorial Oak Grove Sacred Site died of natural causes. Thankfully, she was only naturally deemed to live 58 years, rather than tormenting the world with her anti-environment, pro-corporate philosophy for decades longer. The Queen of Pain is dead. People with decency will not mourn her.

text Karzai Wins By Default, U.S. Military Loses for Sure! - by U.S. Troops OUT of Alpine Quagmire!
Following the "victory by default" re-election of Hamid Karzai as Pres. of Afghanistan, our military soldiers now face declining public support for this puppet government installed by GW Bush years earlier. Filipinos now see more clearly the calamitous state of the system. In the morning of Sept. 26, tropical storm Ondoy (international codename: Ketsana) pounded Metro Manila and the surrounding regions, dumping a month’s worth of rain in just six hours and causing the most massive flooding seen in the last 40 years. A week later, super typhoon Pepeng (Parma) hit Northern Luzon, inundating farmland and causing mudslides in the mountainous mining region of Benguet, including Baguio City, a U.S.-...
