 History Month, bringing together the hottest names in Bay Area literature, 
 including Lauren Becker, Hollie Hardy and many others, to highlight women 
 writers and women’s issues.\n\nEntrance to the event is FREE and a 
 portion of the bar and all other DONATIONS will go to support sexually 
 exploited youth through the non-profit MISSSEY (www.MISSSEY.org).\n\nSince 
 2010, Lip Service West has provided Bay Area writers, professional and 
 amateur alike, a forum to share their work, unfiltered, uninterrupted, and 
 unapologetic. The stories are all true and no subject is off limits. 
 Pairing gritty, real, and raw writing with live performance, Lip Service 
 offers audiences the rare glimpse into the personal lives of the artist. 
 The event is produced Joe Clifford, author of Choice Cuts, and Justine 
 Lewis and Sarah Brett.\n
