 unconstitutional and cannot be enforced until a new noise ordinance is put 
 in place by the Santa Cruz City Council.  "Unreasonably disturbing" street 
 performers, preachers, and theatrical political protesters have all been 
 cited under the previous law.  Stand up for your right to protest loudly 
 and have a good time this Halloween!\n\nBring your drums, noisemakers, & 
 pots and pans to be beaten with spoons like protests against austerity in 
 Argentina, Iceland, and Quebec.\n\nCome as you are or come in dance 
 costume.  Inspire others to speak out, drum out, and dance out in the
