 SB1070 and how it impacts immigration enforcement. \n\nWe will also examine 
 how the changing landscape of immigration enforcement, detention, and 
 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)'s stated desire to focus on 
 removal of "criminal" immigrants through prosecutorial discretion affects
