 Oaxaca from July to November 2006. Gustavo Esteva \n  and Sergio 
 Beltr&aacute;n will discuss the conflict as well as the strategic \n  use 
 of the alternative media by this grassroots social movement and the Mexican 
 \n  government.\n\n  Gustavo Esteva is a Mexican political analyst and the 
 founder of Universidad \n  de la Tierra in Oaxaca, Mexico. Sergio 
 Beltr&aacute;n is a researcher at the \n  Universidad de la Tierra and has 
 worked extensively in alternative radio production. \n  Both participated 
 in last year&#8217;s debates of the Popular Assembly of the \n  Peoples of
